As a young lad I spend the better half of my life growing up on a small ranch, I was always around farm animals and spent most of my time fixing fences, pushing cows, planting fields, and in my spare time I spend as much time as I could in the outdoors.

My dad was a rancher and a carpenter by Trade, his love for outdoors and hunting was a notch above the rest, as he guided me through my youth and taught me the way of life in the outdoors, I knew, it would stick with me for a very long time, and would be something I would pass down to my children.

I was taught to respect Mother Nature and everything in it. As I grew into my teenage years, I was forced to become what my father was! I was busy with school and ranching, but even though we were busy 27-7 my father and I always made time for a little hunting and fishing. Of all the types of hunting we had done, one of my favorites was and still is Elk Hunting!

To this day many of my friends continue to call me a Mt. Goat, because I was so obsessed with climbing to the top of the ridges and trying to Bugle that big boy in. I can’t explain it, but When I was in my 20’s I decided to do something different with my life, I felt there had to be more out there than herding cows and fixing fences??

As with most hunters and dreamers I seem to watch a lot of hunting shows and felt a strong desire to pursue some kind of filming or hunting career.
As time progressed I bought me a camera and decided to start filming my hunts, well with all the filming and hunting I was doing, I manage to meet some amazing folks, one who happen to be in the Scent and Deer Attractant business, and was the owner of Trophy Blend, he and I soon became close friends, however as time progressed his desire to stay the scent game was fading, and the company was losing ground, and I felt that this would be the dream I had been waiting for, so with a huge gulp of Passion, I decided to purchase the company and turn it into what we feel is the Best Deer Attractant on the market today.
